JobTight™ is the job-photo and crew app for small contractors who are done guessing. Every job gets photo proof, a geofenced clock-in and a check that it was invoiced. Every tech gets a scorecard. You see where the money leaks before it's gone.
Built by a working HVAC and remodeling company: Haven Homes Heating & Cooling in Solon, Ohio is the first shop running on it.
Most owners can't be on every job. These four leaks hide in the gaps between the truck, the timesheet and the invoice. JobTight flags each one the day it happens.
Jobs finished but never invoiced, change orders done but not billed, extra parts left off the ticket.
Repeat trips for the same problem. Unpaid labor, fuel and a lost slot on the schedule.
No before/after, no nameplate, no proof. Disputes, chargebacks and denied warranty claims follow.
Late starts, long lunches, paid hours that don't match time on site, jobs that blow the labor budget.
Illustrative example, not a guarantee or a measured result. The math assumes a 4-tech shop doing about 1,500 jobs a year at a $500 average ticket (≈$750k revenue). Unbilled work = 1–3% of revenue. Callbacks = a 3-point drop in callback rate × $250 per callback. Missing photos = 2–4 avoided disputes or denied claims. Time = 15 minutes per tech per day at $30/hr over 250 days. Your numbers will differ. JobTight shows you yours.
The photo documentation contractors rely on, plus time, invoicing and crew performance in the same place.

"Building" = in development with founding shops. CompanyCam column based on CompanyCam's public pricing and feature pages as of Oct 21, 2026. CompanyCam is a trademark of its owner. JobTight is not affiliated with CompanyCam.
We're upfront about this. Founding shops get everything below as it ships, at the founding price.
No per-seat creep. Unlimited photo and video storage on every plan.
For comparison: CompanyCam's published Crew plan is $129/mo for 3 users plus $29 for each extra user (billed annually), about $332/mo for a 10-person crew (companycam.com/pricing, Oct 21, 2026). JobTight Crew covers 10 users for $79/mo. Unlimited storage is subject to fair use. Prices in USD.
Yes. The CompanyCam import is live at Haven Homes. You create an access token in your CompanyCam account, and JobTight copies your projects, photos, videos and comments. The import is read-only, so your CompanyCam account isn't changed. Founding shops get the import done with us, free, and can keep CompanyCam side by side as long as they like.
Yes for normal job documentation: photos and job videos from your crews, with no per-GB fees. We store files on Cloudflare R2, which keeps our costs low, so we don't need to meter you. A fair-use policy covers abuse (for example, using JobTight as a backup drive for non-job files).
Yes. JobTight runs in Safari and can be added to the home screen so it opens full-screen like an app. Native App Store and Google Play apps are on the roadmap.
A tech taps Clock In, enters their PIN and allows location. They can only clock in when they're within the job's fence (500 ft by default, adjustable). Off-site clock-outs and weak GPS get flagged for the owner to review. Techs still tap to clock in: a web app can't clock people in automatically in the background.
The first 25 shops get 50% off for 12 months, help setting up (including the CompanyCam import), and a direct line to the people building it. In return we ask for honest feedback. Claiming a spot is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll call to walk you through it before any billing starts.
JobTight was built inside Haven Homes Heating & Cooling, an HVAC and remodeling company in Solon, Ohio, to run its own crews. It's the first shop using it every day.
You do. You can export your photos and records at any time, and we don't sell your data or your customers' data. See the draft Privacy Policy.
No. Photos, checklists, clock-in and scorecards work on their own. Connecting QuickBooks, Square or Google Calendar turns on the money and schedule alerts.
50% off for 12 months, limited to the first 25 shops. It's free to claim and there's no card needed. We'll call you within 1 business day.
